Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy can last up to 14 days from the date of delivery, particularly for fragile items. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you purchased the item, we will be unable to give you a complete refund or exchange.
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to inform you that we have received your returned object. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be added to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Check your bank account again if you haven’t got a refund yet. Then contact your credit card company; your refund can take some time to appear on your account.
After that, get in touch with your bank. Until a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time (2-5 business days).

You can only cancel your order up to six hours after it was placed on the same day. Please be aware that the termination would incur a management, collection, and transaction charge of 30% of the total order value.
Only transferring orders are eligible for a full refund. When you place new orders, our system will cancel old orders and issue a full refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Only faulty or damaged products will be replaced. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to swap it for the same thing.
Important note: As part of our business strategy, we can restrict the quantity of products sold on the Website, which may impact your request for a similarly substituted item. If we do not have such an item in stock, we reserve the right to deny your order and give you a refund or a different item in its place.
